About Christy

Christy was born in a place of islands, her homeland St. Vincent & the Grenadines is made up of 32 islands of beautiful Volcanic majesty in the Eastern Caribbean. She was educated in Barbados and then London, England, studied Viniculture in France and traveled through India and the far east before settling back in Barbados. She has been a life long student of Yoga, was certified as a Kripalu Yoga Teacher and now studies with John Friend, the founder of Anusara Yoga. Christy has three beautiful daughters who are teaching her about creativity and play.
