About Christy Punnett

Christy was born in a place of islands, her homeland St. Vincent and the Grenadines is made up 32 islands of beautiful volcanic majesty in the Eastern Caribbean. SHe was educated in Barbados and London, England, studied Viniculture in France and traveled extensively through India and the Far East before settling back in Barbados. She has been a life long student of Yoga, is a fully Certified Anusara Yoga teacher and studies directly with John Friend the founder of Anusara Yoga. Christy lives and teaches yoga in Barbados, she has three beautiful daughters and an amazing new son who are all teaching her about the importance of creatively, play and learning to make mistakes.
