In a few words...

A very special heart warming, body awakening experience. Our goddess with that beautiful voice, Gina Salá joined us for our yoga and offered kirtan and mantra to help us sing our hearts to bloom. We practiced our yoga at the edge of the mountains, bathed in the river of sound and dwelled deep in the cave of our own hearts. We shared with friends and loved ones our deepest connection in this place of immense beauty.

Yoga by day, kirtan by night, river trips, good food, laughter, friendship and an awesome volcano trek! If there's a better way to enjoy yourself in St. Vincent, we haven't found it.
